It depends on the level. Explorers meet 2–3 times per week for 6–8 weeks. High school interns commit 6–8 hours per week for a full semester. College interns contribute 10–15 hours per week.

Yes. There is no cost to participate. We believe every student deserves access to opportunity regardless of financial situation.

Absolutely. All activities are supervised by trained adult mentors. We maintain strict safety protocols, background checks for all staff, and open communication with parents and guardians.

Students can apply using the form at the bottom of this page. We'll review the application and schedule a brief interview. It's a simple process designed to get to know the student, not to intimidate them.

Real-world skills, a professional portfolio, mentorship from experienced adults, a certificate of completion, potential royalties from products they help create, and — most importantly — confidence and purpose.

For college interns, we work with your institution to arrange for-credit options. For high schoolers, we provide documentation that many schools accept for community service or elective credit.
